Her work: Rita has the pleasure of working with all of the great clients at Gene's by greeting them at the front door or cheerfully taking their appointments by phone.

Favorite aspect of her work: Rita takes great pride in keeping the office running in tip-top shape on a daily basis and assisting the stylists in any way she can.

Previous work: Rita previously worked with Lands' End in Cross Plains for eight years where she supervised and advocated excellent customer service skills.

Family: Rita lives in Middleton with her husband Jan. She has two chidren, a son Casey who attends UW Madison and Jackie, who attends UW Platteville.
